The Avenue Hall accommodates up to 300 guests. Our open-concept layout is completely flexible, allowing you to configure the space for intimate gatherings or large-scale celebrations — from ceremony-only setups to full banquet arrangements.

Yes, outside catering is always welcome at The Avenue Hall. An outside food fee applies based on your guest count (see the fee table above). In-house catering is also available upon request if you prefer a more streamlined planning experience.

Yes, on-site parking is available at no additional charge for your guests. The Avenue Hall is also fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring all of your guests can arrive and move through the space comfortably.

To secure your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 25% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is applied toward your total balance. We recommend booking as early as possible, as dates fill quickly — especially Fridays and Saturdays.

Absolutely. Our open-concept hall is designed for flexibility. You can arrange seating, staging, and décor to match your vision exactly. We encourage clients to bring their own decorators and vendors, and our team is happy to assist with layout planning during your booking consultation.
